This website, rsentertainment.ie, is operated by RS Entertainment Ltd (trading as Riff Shop Entertainment), an entertainment agency based in Dublin, Ireland. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at info@riffshop.ie.
When you submit an enquiry or brochure request through our forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue, approximate guest count and anything you write in your message. We use this information for one purpose — responding to your enquiry and, if you book us, managing your event. The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site. Videos are hosted on our own servers, not embedded from platforms that track you.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox and stored by the service providers that run our website and email: Netlify (website hosting and form storage), Web3Forms (form-to-email delivery) and Google Workspace (email). Each acts as a data processor on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@riffshop.ie and we'll respond promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), Ireland's supervisory authority.
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
