Brasswork playing a wedding drinks reception at a lakeside venue
Ask Us Anything

Your big day,
answered.

Every question you have about your wedding entertainment, answered by the crew that plays Ireland's best rooms every single week.

Why Ask Us

We've stood in your room.

Planning a wedding means a hundred questions nobody warned you about — and the entertainment ones are the hardest to Google. Will the band work with the sound limiter at Luttrellstown Castle? Where do the musicians set up in the ballroom at Adare Manor? Can the ceremony singer at Dromoland become the after-party at midnight? We answer questions like these every week, because we're in those rooms every week — and we're on first-name terms with the coordinators and staff who run them.

Whatever the question — timings, sound, space, power, requests, the running order of the whole night — ask us. There's no obligation attached to a question, and the answer comes from a team that has spent 15+ years building great working relationships with the wedding coordinators, banqueting managers and staff at Ireland's top venues — we know every room, every corridor, every quirk of the buildings we play: Adare Manor, Dromoland Castle, Luttrellstown Castle, Cashel Palace, Mount Wolseley, The Round Room, Eden One and hundreds more from Killarney to Belfast.

Good To Know

The questions couples actually ask.

Have you played our venue before?

Almost certainly. We play 250+ events a year and are regulars at Adare Manor, Luttrellstown Castle, Dromoland Castle, Cashel Palace, Mount Wolseley, The Round Room at the Mansion House, Eden One and venues across all 32 counties. That means more than knowing the ballroom: we know the load-in, the sound limits, the power, every area of the building — and we have great working relationships with the coordinators and staff, so your suppliers work as one team on the day.

What if our venue has a sound limiter?

We work with limiters every week. Our engineers know which rooms have them and how to run a full live show inside the limit without losing the energy — it's about arrangement and mix, not just volume. Tell us the venue and we'll tell you exactly how we handle it.

Can you cover the whole day — ceremony to after-party?

Yes, and it's the booking we love most: ceremony and drinks-reception music (solo, brass or acoustic), the full band at night, and a DJ-live after-party that keeps going until close. One team, one soundtrack, no gaps between suppliers.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak Saturdays and December dates go 12-24 months out, and every act takes just one wedding per night. If your date is fixed, ask early — checking costs nothing.

Do you take song requests and learn our first dance?

Send us the exact version you love. First dances get the full treatment — acoustic intros that drop into the track, live sax over the original, an exact ending on the right bar. And the DJ carries any request the band doesn't cover, so nothing gets missed.

What's included in the price?

Everything: the act, full PA, lighting, sound engineering and coordination with your venue. No hidden extras on the day — the quote you get is the night you get.

What if a band member is sick on the day?

With 32 professionals across seven acts, we have the deepest bench in the country. In 15+ years we have never missed a wedding — the show is guaranteed.

Ask us anything.

No question too small, no obligation attached. Tell us your date and venue — we probably know your room already.
