Not every soundtrack belongs on a dance floor. Sometimes it belongs under a barbell.
The Ireland camp does not soft-pedal a gym session. Squats, racks, the usual grind — except this time Riff Shop were in the room with live sax and beats, turning leg day into something the squad still talk about.
“Riff Shop came in and lads had a few PBs [personal bests],” said one 28-year-old in the camp. “It was one of the better gym sessions we had with that going on in the background. I don’t know if there’s anything planned down the line, I’m sure there is.”
